Non-emergency service

Concierge Medical Transport provides non-emergency transportation only. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911.

Scheduling and cancellation

Pia is available 24 hours a day. Please give at least 48 hours’ notice when booking a ride, and at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel — a call or text is all that’s needed.

Payment

Payment by Zelle, Venmo, or credit and debit cards. Every rate is confirmed with you before the ride is booked.

Assistance provided

Pia assists clients who use a walker. Wheelchair users can be assisted where the client can be transferred into the vehicle. Tell Pia what you need when you book so she can prepare for your ride.

Limitation of liability

Pia carries liability insurance up to $2,000,000 for each occurrence and is commercially insured for transporting patients in her vehicle. Safety is her number one priority.
