Every ride is door-through-door: Pia arrives early, helps you in and out, and stays in touch with whoever is waiting to hear from you.

Medical Appointments

Rides to primary care, specialists, imaging and therapy appointments across the East Valley.

$85 base rate within the Southeast Valley · $95 when Pia drives outside it

  • Pia meets you at the door and helps you in and out of the vehicle.
  • Clients who use a walker are assisted. Wheelchair users can be assisted where the client can be transferred into the vehicle.
  • A family member or friend is welcome to ride along — just mention it when you book.
  • Please give 48 hours notice so Pia can plan her day around your appointment.

Surgery & Procedures

Transportation and a waiting service for outpatient procedures, so you are never left to find a ride home.

$140 taking and waiting when the wait is under two hours in the Southeast Valley

  • Pia drops you off, stays nearby through your procedure and brings you home.
  • Tell Pia how long you expect to be in when you book — she'll confirm what works before anything is arranged.
  • The same help applies to the trip home: no waiting for a taxi and no asking someone to leave work early.
  • A companion may ride along, and 48 hours notice is appreciated so the day can be planned around you.

Hospital Discharge

Safe, unhurried transportation home after treatment or a hospital stay.

$85 base rate within the Southeast Valley · $95 when Pia drives outside it

  • No rush: Pia waits while you are checked out and collects what you need.
  • She helps you to the vehicle and carries your paperwork, prescriptions or bags to the door.
  • A family member or friend can ride home with you — mention it when you book.
  • Where possible please give 48 hours notice. For a discharge arranged at short notice, call or text Pia and she'll tell you honestly whether she can help.

Errands & Shopping

Pharmacy pickups, groceries and other essential errands, with help carrying things in.

$85 base rate within the Southeast Valley · $95 when Pia drives outside it

  • Prescription pickups, groceries and the other errands that keep a week running.
  • Pia carries the bags to the door rather than leaving them for you to manage.
  • Tell her what you need collected when you book so there are no surprises.
  • 48 hours notice keeps your day free for the things that matter.

Serving Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, Queen Creek and Tempe, plus nearby communities.

$85 within the Southeast Valley · $95 outside it, such as San Tan Valley and Maricopa

  • Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, Queen Creek and Tempe, plus nearby East Valley communities.
  • If you are just outside that area, ask — Pia will let you know honestly.
  • This is non-emergency transportation only. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.
  • Payment by Zelle, Venmo, or credit and debit cards, and every rate is confirmed with you before the ride is booked.
